Dance Communication Lab, organized by Krakow Dance Theatre, took place in Krakow

On September 1-3, the first Dance Communication Lab took place in Krakow, organized by the Krakow Dance Theatre as part of the Beyond Front@: Bridging Periphery project.

The Dance Communication Lab is a space for sharing experiences among participants. The main goal of the meeting is to connect individuals who engage in dance improvisation. The first Polish DCL aimed to democratize the creative process and foster collaboration on equal terms.

The workshop was led by Paweł Grala (Poland) and featured the participation of Toni Flego (Croatia), Ryuzo Fukuhara (Slovenia), László Szekrényes (Romania), Ana Kuszarecka (Poland), Dorina Kiss (Hungary), and Yrsa Heijkenskjöld (Sweden).

The post-workshop presentation was included in the “Rollercoaster. Collectors of Sensations” program, a collaboration between Krakow Dance Theatre and Cricoteka.
