Performances and Curriculum Presentations in Zagreb by Croatia, Hungary, and Poland
In Zagreb, on Saturday, June 8th, three dance academies from Croatia, Hungary and Poland (Odsjek plesa/ Dance Department – ADU, Zagreb, Magyar Táncművészeti Egyetem – Hungarian Dance University and Akademia Sztuk Teatralnych – Wydział Teatru Tańca w Bytomiu) presented their performances that were created as part of their dance courses.
On Sunday, June 9th, the dance academies presented their dance studies and curriculum, while four dance high schools from Croatia and Slovenia (Škola suvremenog plesa Ane Maletić, Umjetnička plesna škola Silvije Hercigonje, Umjetnička škola Franje Lučića and Umetniška gimnazija Svšgugl) presented work done within the Dance Communication Lab, led by Matjaž Farič and accompanied by musicians Damir Prica Kafka and Boris Janje.
Activities were organized under the scope of Beyond Front@: Bridging Periphery.
