The Dance Communication Lab is a short-term international exchange program for contemporary dance artists. Its main goal is to connect six professional dancers from the partner countries of the Beyond Front@: Bridging Periphery project through improvisation, the most characteristic creative process in contemporary dance.

The aim of the program is to create an opportunity for dancers from different countries to collaborate and to provide them with valuable experiences that will help their careers on the international dance scene.

The lab will feature the following dance artists:

  • Daniela Carler (Sweden)
  • Lea Filipčić (Croatia)
  • Boróka Kőmíves (Romania)
  • Urška Centa (Slovenia)
  • Iga Kwintkiewicz (Poland)
  • Réka Horváth (Hungary)

The two-day research project is mentored by Márta Ladjánszki. The musical dimension of the performance will be enriched by musician Zsolt Varga.
